Just starting out as a small business owner can be overwhelming at times. You probably have a long ‘To Do’ list and most of the time, you don’t know where to start.
Many small businesses might not have the time, money or experience to build an online marketing presence so that’s where a Business Email Package can be helpful. A professional business email address is a great start to get your business headed in the right direction.
Day to day communication with your customers is key and is so important when managing your business. To book an appointment or ask a question, customers need to reach you and sending an email from a branded email address will prove professionalism. The best part is that a Business Email is an affordable option to build trust with your customers.
In this post, we’ll list the top 3 reasons you’ll find value in a professional Business Email for your business.
When building credibility, consumers look for many characteristics. Is your business trustworthy and professional? How do you handle an unsatisfied customer? Does your business have a well-‐designed website? A branded email? These are just a few of the features prospects are looking for when searching for a business to work with.
With the number of hackers and spam email in the web world, it’s imperative that your consumers feel safe and secure when communicating with you. Whether they are sending/receiving emails, making an online purchase or sending a quick note, consumers need to know that you are a ‘real’ business and can be trusted. It would be unfortunate to lose a prospective customer because of an unprofessional email address.
Establish and Promote your Brand:
Promoting your brand should be a never-‐ending process. As businesses, consumers and industries are constantly evolving, and so should your business! From time to time, you’ll need to make changes to your website when new products come out, updates to your social media platforms, email campaigns etc. An
added layer of professionalism with a Business Email will make your business stand out from your competitors. It’s the first step in showing the world that you mean business.
You also want to promote YOUR brand, not Yahoo’s or Gmail’s. You’ve invested so much of your time and efforts into launching your own company, why share it with another business?
Stay Organized and Communicate Professionally:
With all the responsibilities that come with becoming a business owner, organization is vital. You’ll want to have control of managing your business contacts, calendars and files. With the Business Email package, storing important files is simple and all your contacts and calendar events live in one place, making organizing your business hassle-‐free.
